In a 1500m building specially developed for maintenance work,
IBAG has all measurement and production resources at its disposal
which are necessary for repairing the most complex of
spindles, such as:

• A test and honing bed
• Two balancing machines for the single SCHENCK shaft
• Dynamic balancing machines for the SCHENCK test bed
• Vibrations measurement and analysis material
• A “gray room” type assembly unit,
• A grinder with a single shaft and VOUMARD assembled spindle
• A maintenance workshop
• All clamping force measurement instruments and taper run out, encoder and sensor tests, rotary union, etc.
• A unit where the parts are cleaned
• A significant stock of bearings and other replacement parts

A manufacturer’s know-how and the technical state-of-the-art resources enable IBAG to consolidate its position as a vital stakeholder in the quality repairs’ industry.

At IBAG Switzerland (parent company and Design Office) and IBAG Germany (production of our spindle parts) we have:
